These terms cover the use of dicedigest.com. Reading the site means accepting them. They are short because the site is simple: a set of pages describing games that other people have made.

What this site is

DiceDigest is an informational review resource. Every assessment, comparison and recommendation on it is the opinion of the editors, formed by playing the games on an ordinary phone, and it should be read as opinion rather than as a statement of fact. The site shows no advertising, sells no placements and charges readers nothing.

No affiliation

DiceDigest is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or by any of the developers whose games appear here. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Every game title, developer name and studio name belongs to its owner and is used here only to identify the game being described.

Images, names and the site itself

Application icons and screenshots are reproduced to illustrate the notes and remain the property of their rights holders. If you hold rights in material shown here and would like it credited differently or removed, write to table@dicedigest.com and it will be dealt with promptly. The arrangement of the pages, the wording of the notes and the DiceDigest name belong to this site and may not be republished as a whole without permission; quoting a sentence with a link back is welcome.

Accuracy and warranties

Information about a game ages. Developers change rules, add modes, alter what a game needs from a network, and store listings are edited without notice. Ratings and download counts shown here were copied from Google Play for Ireland on the day an entry was written. The site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind, and the store listing is always the authority on what a game currently is. Read it before installing.

Links to other services

Links marked as opening on Google Play lead to a service run by Google LLC under its own terms. We have no control over those pages, over what a developer publishes there or over the installation process.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Beyond that, the site is not liable for loss arising from a decision to install or not to install a game described here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
